How will I see my new number?

2 ways. Open the app, tap on my account and your new number should appear. Another way is to place a call from the app to another phone and see the caller ID.

What are the benefits?

First off, you can save up to a thousand dollars per year by not having to pay a telephone company. Next, you can take you device to any wifi locations such as Starbucks, McDonald's etc.. that offer free wifi connection when you visit there business and make/receive telephone calls from there.

Are there any limits of usage?

No. You can enjoy unlimited talk time 24/7.

Can I receive calls?

Yes.

Can I get voice mail too?

Yes. you can receive and hear voice mail messages from the app.

How will I know if I received a call?

If your device is turned off, of course it will not ring. But, once you device is powered on, you will see all the missed calls and see the messages instantly. 

You mentioned the voice mail feature, what about caller ID?

Caller ID is also included.

How is the quality?

Great! We have tested and used it to our satisfaction and quality standards. You simply cannot tell the difference in quality from your home phone. In fact, we were told that it is even more enhanced sound quality then a regular phone.

Can I use my contacts that I already have on my iPhone?

Yes. Just open the app and you will see "contacts" under the keypad. Just tap on the contacts and it will take you to your list of contacts just like you are used to.

Can I use my home telephone to use this app?

No. Your iDevice should be all that you need. You will need a wifi connection in your home to use it though.

Can I keep my current phone number?

No. This is because the app is not a telephone communications company, but an Internet wifi based program.

What platforms are available for downloading?

Right now we currently have all Apple mobile devices and Android. Just click on either icons in our home page and then it will take you to the gateway purchase page. Once you have made a successful purchase, you will then be redirected to the install site from there.

If I need to re-install the app, do I have to purchase it again?

No. Once you purchase, you should save the link from the install site and re-install as many times as necessary.

Is the merchant area secure?

Absolutely. We like to use Paypal because it is well known and the security is very strong.

Are there any contracts that I have agree to or monthly maintenance charges?

No. There are no contracts or charges after you made the purchase. You only purchase once.
